  • Supervision is of a high quality – 90% saying they are satisfied with the supervision they receive
  • Social workers say there is a clear model of social work practice in adults and in children’s
  • More social workers are spending more time working directly with children, young people, families and adults with care and support needs
  • High satisfaction with Learning and Development opportunities offered in Wolverhampton
  • Strong sense of pride – majority would recommend City of Wolverhampton as an employer and want to stay here
  • Social workers say they have supportive managers and teams
